Who you are buying from

Funko Pop Cyprus is an independent retailer based in Limassol, Cyprus. We are not affiliated with Funko, LLC. Pop! and Funko are trademarks of their owner and are used here to describe the products we sell.

Prices

Prices are in euro and include VAT. Delivery is €3.50 within Cyprus and free above €50.00. Cash on delivery carries a €1.50 handling fee. We reserve the right to correct an obvious pricing error before an order ships, and you may cancel in full if we do.

Orders

An order is an offer to buy. The contract forms when we confirm dispatch or hand the parcel to the courier. If an item turns out to be unavailable we will tell you and refund that line.

Payment

Card payments are handled by our payment provider, who receives your card details directly. We never see or store them. Bank transfer orders ship once the money clears, and we hold them for seven days.

Returns

Unopened items may be returned within 14 days of delivery. Faulty or wrongly sent items are replaced or refunded at our cost. See delivery and returns for how.

Liability

Nothing here limits your statutory rights as a consumer under Cyprus and EU law.
