What we hold

When you order we store your name, e-mail, phone, delivery address and the items you bought. That is what lets us pack the parcel, keep the courier informed and answer you later.

Your cart

Your cart lives in your own browser until you check out. It never reaches our server before you place the order, and we do not use advertising or tracking cookies.

Order texts

Your phone number is used to reach you about your order. If you leave the box ticked at checkout, we also text you when the order is confirmed, ready to collect or on its way. The texts are sent through SMSCY, a Cyprus SMS provider.

Back-in-stock alerts

If you ask to be told when a sold-out pop returns, we keep your e-mail with that one product and send you a single message when it can be ordered again. Then the request is closed. We use the address for nothing else.

Payments

Card details go straight to our payment provider. We receive only a reference and the amount.

How long

Order records are kept for as long as tax law requires. Ask us to delete anything beyond that and we will.
